How to get Bard

You can get the venue of ESI XXXI by train from Turin. The connection is between the train stations Torino Porta Nuova or Torino Porta Susa and Hone-Bard. Trains to Hone-Bard usually leave from Torino Porta Nuova and Torino Porta Susa is their first stop. The trip to Hone-Bard usually requires a train change in Ivrea.

Once you get the station "Hone-Bard", you should reach the Hotel Stendhal as indicated in the map.

You can reach Turin by plane. The international airport serving Turin is called Sandro Pertini and its international code is TRN. Other information are available here. The best way to get the city center and the station Torino Porta Nuova is to use the bus service provided by SADEM.

You can reach Turin also by train from the major Italian cities using the high speed trains called Freccia Rossa or Italo if the train service is provided by Trenitalia/ or NTV, respectively. Therefore, you can decide to fly to Rome or Milan, and then to get Turin by train. Note that Milan is about 1 hour far from Turin while Rome is about 4 hours. From Milan, you can also take slower regional trains (about 2 hours).
